#SwagSpeaks host a professional development workshop for faculty, staff, and administrators at grand street campus. The workshop centered around the “it factor” – what it takes to reach at risk youth. This workshop opened infinite doors for our organization. The year has just started so have the possibility o our impact, you can either wait for change or you can make a change. This conversation covered issues from school shootings, suicide, wrist cutting, topped with tips on anti bullying. I just wish we had more time.
